Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

All returns or exchanges must be in good unused condition.

  • Any customized products produced wrong, due to wrong information submitted by the customer, will be reproduced at the customer’s expense.
  • Any customized product produced wrong, due to our mistake, will be reproduced at our expense.

When you buy our products, your purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. We have taken great care to source and select quality products supporting the ESGR and YRRP and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. That is why we can afford to back our products with this special guarantee.

To request a refund or exchange, simply contact us with your purchase details. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and tell us why you’re requesting a refund or exchange – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

Refunds and exchanges are subject to conditions above. Refunds are processed as soon as possible after receipt of request for a refund.


Cancellation Policy
